The Online Filipino Freelancers group was founded by CJ Maturino on January 2015. She wanted to provide a virtual place for online workers to hang out, have fun and socialize. It has since grew to be one of the biggest communities for freelancers in the Philippines.

OFF provides a dynamic and fun community and one of its aims is to empower the Filipino freelancer to be globally competitive. OFF provides a place where online freelancers can focus on getting better, sharing knowledge and helping each other while having fun.
